Frequently Asked Questions

  • You should hire us as soon as possible! You will receive better estimates, better timelines, and be able to show your plan with at least our Preliminary Plans. You can contact way in advance to see if your ideas are even feasible.

  • We have no problem working with a builder or contactor of your choosing. We keep open, honest communication with everyone, and respect everyone involves expertise.

  • We charge each project based on the specifics of that project. We charge based on a combination of complexity, size and type of services. To get a quote, fill out the form and we can start the process.

  • Kirsten has her BCIN for part 9 & 3 of the Ontario Building Code. Essentially she can stamp the architectural plans for everything within those parts. For some homes/projects, that's the whole package. For some more complex details, we require an engineer to stamp the plans as well as our own stamp.
    Having the BCIN, allows us to elevate the need for you to hire an engineer or architect.
