PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHY AND PORTFOLIO CONTENT

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Linden Design Co. Ltd. reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use such photographs, renderings, project descriptions, and related materials for portfolio, marketing, advertising, social media, editorial, and promotional purposes.

Client confidentiality and privacy will be respected in accordance with applicable agreements and privacy laws.

NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Use of this Site, including submission of inquiries, contact forms, or emails, does not create a client relationship between you and Linden Design Co. Ltd.

A client relationship is established only after both parties enter into a signed written agreement for services.

IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS RESTRICTED, LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Linden Design Co. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of:

Your violation of these Terms;
Your misuse of the Site;
Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

PRIVACY

You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, for the resolution of any such disputes.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Linden Design Co. Ltd. concerning your use of the Site.
