Linden Design Co is known for the ability to design homes that are entirely custom, taking into account the clients personal function and aesthetic to create high quality plans and designs.
Each project is a collaborative experience by which our team guides the client to establish their own ideal function, look and feel. By doing this we are able to balance the clients needs with the Ontario Building Code requirements, resulting in a meaningful design and experience.

Our firm is BCIN (part 9 & 3) qualified to create full permit drawing packages ready for permit submission. These include new build construction of homes, cottages, garages, out buildings and decks. As well as full renovations and additions.

For clients who have a space that doesn’t require major construction, but want a more functional and aesthetically pleasing space. We offer design plans for cabinetry, furniture procurement, selections (i.e. tile, hardware, fabric, etc.) As well, if you are not a visual person, our 3D rendering services are helpful to bring your design into a 3D space. The end result is a refined home that is tailored to your lifestyle and personal style.

We work with trusted builders and contractors to get the project started, while simultaneously working with you to establish design plans. Our team is available to help with permit submissions, municipality correspondence, and facilitate any pre-build planning that will possibly be taking place. This creates a seamless experience between planning and construction. Consulting is useful for clients that need the reassurance that everything is heading in the right direction, and if not, are guided towards a solution.
